Avivit Cohen - T.Z. 37261823 Krav Maga and self-defense coach - recommendation
Avivit has been working for about three years as a Krav Maga and self-defense coach at the Akim Hadera association.
Akim Hadera treats people with mental disabilities, autism and challenging behavior.
As part of the classes at Akim's social club, Avivit runs a unique class of self-defense and other skills. Avivit trains the group once a week and teaches the trainees to defend themselves. The trainees receive training in Krav Maga exercises that are individually adapted to each trainee according to his ability and that are generally adapted to people with disabilities. In the campers participating in the activity, we notice an increase in self-confidence as well as physical abilities.
Avivit demonstrates a high professional ability in training, shows a respectful attitude towards each trainee and refers to the personal abilities of each of the participants. The trainees show a very high motivation to come to the activity and learn new exercises.
Avivit also includes the trainees in meetings with other groups that train in hand-to-hand combat and this greatly contributes to raising the self-image of the group members.
In conclusion, Avivit is an instructor with high professional abilities, shows great seriousness in her work and a respectful and appropriate attitude towards the trainees participating in the activity.

To whom it may concern,
The school, Beit Ekstein Gan Shmuel, a special education school that caters to students with multidimensional learning disabilities.
As part of the "Additional Curriculum" program, Mrs. Avivit Cohen taught the Krav Maga program for the students of grades 10-12, the students experienced the Krav Maga classes. Once a week, learn through the body the basics of self-defense, including martial arts values such as: discipline, respect for the teacher, emotional regulation,
Consideration of those around you during training, and through training the students improved the components of physical fitness:
Explosive strength, reaction speed, coordination, agility, etc.. In the cognitive domain: the students learned to choose which alternatives they should choose during an attack or risk of attack, including withdrawal, ignoring, restraint, response regulation, suspension and/or defense against the attacks. The students were very attached to the lessons and made sure to come .
We strongly recommend holding projects of this type and integrating them into educational frameworks.
We recommend Mrs. Avivit, Avivit worked in the organization for three years, during her entire period of work Avivit demonstrated integrity and reliability, diligence and work ethic, willingness to work at unusual hours and impressive results, a lot of experience working with students, and brought remarkable results in promoting the quality of life of the students.
Avivit, has demonstrated the ability to work in a team and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Dear Avivit,
At the end of a self-defense workshop for women and girls in Alona Regional Council, I want to thank you on my behalf and on behalf of the participants who got to know and develop fighting skills for self-defense.
There is no doubt that in this period, when violence is increasing in the physical space, in social networks and in family circles, it is appropriate and important for every girl and woman to be awake and aware of harassment and vulnerability and to acquire tools for alert observation and to avoid times of harm on the one hand and to develop self-defense skills and techniques in times of harm.
And Avivit, you touched on all the issues I mentioned, you created an atmosphere of openness and possibility to talk about
Situations in which a high awareness of threatening situations is required, simple and effective techniques were taught
to get out of complex and scary situations. The workshop increased self-confidence and the ability to pose
limits, we knew the body's ability and the possibility of exploiting weak points.
We were all privileged to receive the "Torah" from a talented guide like you!
I will examine the possibility of holding refresher meetings with the group and adding more women and girls to such a circle of empowerment and strength.
I will recommend you
Good luck and thanks again to you and Ortel for helping during the workshop.

In question: Avivit Cohen
Senior trainer Avivit, Dan 6 in contact, has been training with me for about 25 years.
From the beginning of her career, she demonstrated impressive abilities and extraordinary motivation. She trained at two large Krav Maga branches in Binyamin and Zichron Ya'akov, and in addition also trained instructors in her room.
The higher than average frequency of training combined with her high abilities allowed her to advance quickly in the ranks, at the same time she opened a Krav Maga center in the Hadera area and the surrounding area.
Avivit also made a difference in the field of training, currently training dozens of trainees of various ages from small to large. Over the years, she managed to bring quite a few trainees to a high level and even train them to become instructors
by themselves.
Avivit conducts seminars and workshops in Israel and abroad and has a high reputation in the Krav Maga field.
I have no doubt that anyone who uses her services in this field will be satisfied.
